Since the majority of our gift vouchers include various services (e.g., spa access + bistro lunch), the availability of our Spa and restaurant must be verified before confirming any reservation.
A restaurant reservation does not guarantee availability at our spa.
We inform our kind customers that no voucher will benefit from an extension of validity (except for medical incapacity justified by certificate).
N.B: Pregnancy does not represent a sufficient medical reason to justify an inability to consume a gift voucher.
In the event of non-use within its validity period, loss or theft of the gift box, the beneficiary will not be able to claim an extension of validity, nor a refund, nor compensation of any kind whatsoever.
